If for any reason you are not happy with our product, simply let us know within 30 days of your purchase and we’ll refund your money.  After the 30 days, all our plans are 12 month terms.  If you choose to cancel services, within your term, you will need to pay off 50% of the remaining months. After your term you can cancel anytime.

No, if you log in and setup the website yourself.  If you want us to setup your website we charge $99 for starter plans and $199 and up for standard and pro plans.

• Tweaking default website content to your own content. Eg. Services list, prices, business hours, testimonials, etc.

• Writing content. For example, we wouldn’t be able to write about your salon’s About cause we don’t know its history

A subdomain is a prefix added to a domain name in order to help navigate and organize sections of a domain. An example of a subdomain would be https://sallyssalon.mysalonpage.com where https://mysalonpage.com is the domain. You choose your own unique subdomain when you subscribe to any of our plans.
